Analytical Storage View

The Analytical Storage view shows the structure of the CData Virtuality Server's analytical storage.

The Analytical storage contains optimized data to speed up SQL requests that BI and Reporting Systems direct to the CData Virtuality Server. For each such request, CData Virtuality Server generates a number of Recommended Optimizations that can be enabled by the user in the Optimizations view. When a Recommended Optimization is enabled and scheduled for a particular SQL query, data from the affected Source Systems is transferred in an optimized form by a Replication Job.

Analytical Storage Tables

• Click on a table in the list to show its columns in the pane below.
• Right-click on a table in the list to view its content, drop the table, add a schedule to the appropriate Replication Job, find this job in the Job Monitor or run it.
